weekend ng mga patay at mga pagkain
sabi nila ang "undas" (yun news coverage ng gma - undas 2004) ay puno ng pagdadasal at pagaalala sa ating mga mahal na sumakabilang buhay na... shet hirap mag tagalog... screw this
people say that this weekend should be filled with prayer and remembrance of our loved ones who have sadly, passed away. but in my experience, these do not hold true; for my weekend.. was filled.. with FOOD. last saturday, we did have a mass for my grandmother but i wasn't really praying... afterwards, we had dinner at qc sports club... my cousins n i wanted to go out since there were a lot of parties around but alas... we had no driver... so we went home... lame lame lame...
on sunday, we, um, i forgot waht we did.... hm... oh yeah... we went to market market... i was able to buy new jacket n new shoes!!! wheeeee!!! then we had dinner of spaghetti, pork chop, fried beef strips and chocolate mousse at my aunt's house then we went to mt carmel crypt coz that's where my grandma's ashes are... we lit candles and went home... sleepy sleepy.
then on monday, we ate california maki for lunch.. too bad we used pure california rice... so our maki turned out to be uber sticky. eww. then we went to glorietta... shopping shopping...it was my sister's turn to buy a jacket... 50% off sa U2 ehehehe... then... we had buffet at nielsen's in manila pen... d super sarap but i ate a LOT. and i mean a LOT. may roast beef... may salad salad... may soup... daming cake.... yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. pero kadiri merong samosa na may tomato salsa... yuck... parang bombay. u know what i mean... ew.
yun lang... thank god i have no tuesday class coz i totally accomplished NOTHING during the 'long' weekend...
